I returned late last week from a big family gathering in Pajaro Dunes - a beach just west of Watsonville, south of San Francisco. We gathered for my mother-in-law's 98th, and I cooked for 20 - three days in the kitchen. I loved it, as I love cooking for those I am fond of.
